Career guidance, job fair organised

Akhil Bharatiya Brahman Ekta Parishad in association with Shrijankiraman College organised a day-long career guidance, job fair and felicitation of meritorious students of class X and XII in the district
With an aim to generate employment opportunities for youths, Akhil Bharatiya Brahman Ekta Parishad in association with Shri Jankiraman College organised a day-long career guidance, job fair and felicitation of meritorious students of class X and XII in the district on Sunday. In this fair, around 11 private companies had set up stalls to appoint eligible applicants for jobs.
 
 
Chief guest on the occasion was State Minister for Social Justice and Disabled Welfare Department, Scheduled Caste Welfare Department, Lakhan Ghanghoria, while Mayor Dr Swati Godbole was present as special guest. Invited guests were welcomed by Deepak Pachori, Rajesh Tiwari, Awadhesh Urmalia, Ravendra Tiwari, Sanjay Shukla, K K Shukla and others.
 
 
Cabinet Minister Ghanghoria said that such events help students improve their experience and also motivate them to achieve success. He said in present scenario due to change in Government policies various companies have opened vacancies. Mayor Dr Swati Godbole appreciated ongoing event organised by Brahmin Ekta Parishad along with Shri Jankiraman College, one of the oldest educational institutions of the city. She said opening new avenues for employment in the city will surely help in development of the city. She expressed concern over continuous migration of youth from the city to other cities in search of jobs, she said such events will surely help in overcoming this problem.
 
 
The fair commenced with briefing applicants about procedure of registration and preparation interview tests by ABBEP, Jabalpur President Deepak Pachori. Those who rendered support on the occasion were Abhilasha Shukla, Anil Pachauri, Sulochna Vishwakarma Shivshankar Dubey, Ashish Garg, Naveen Patel, Vijay Sahu, Manoj Satnami, Purshottam Chadhar and others. Rajesh Pathak convened the programme.
