School bus checking drive continues, traffic workshop held

Traffic Police Bhopal continued their school bus checking campaign on Friday too in the State capital, where 15 school buses and magic vans were taken under action for violating the determined rules of Supreme Court.

Traffic Police is running its checking campaign in the State capital. During the campaign, the school buses were checked on the basis of determined guidelines.
 
Total 14 guidelines have been set for the scrutiny keeping in mind the safety of students. On the basis of these points the buses were inspected in the city, where total 15 buses were found violating the norms and were taken under actions by the officials.
 
On the same day, Traffic Police, Bhopal organised a traffic workshop at Government Higher Secondary School, Lal Ghati, Bhopal. The training workshop was attended by around 70 students of the school. Subedaar Veer Singh Badhauria trained the students and told about the traffic rules.
 
The school bus guidelines include GPS and CCTV installation, Fire extinguisher, school buses should have display of their name, and driver’s dress code is blue shirt and trousers along with their name badge, school bus number on the buses mandatorily, buses should be painted with yellow colour, etc.
