Unidentified man opens fire on businessman

Sensation prevailed at Raddi Chowki area when an unidentified person opened fire on a businessman near a workshop under the jurisdiction of Gohalpur police station, on Sunday. According to Gohalpur police, a man named Bunty Tiwari was sitting in front of his workshop situated behind Raddi Chowki Petrol Pump when unidentified person attempted to killing him by firing a bullet on him.
He was stunned when bullet passed near his head. Tiwari tried to find the person who fired bullet on him but failed in finding the miscreant. Hearing the loud noise of firing bullet, a large number of businessmen, workers and passers-by gathered on the spot. Learning about the incident, a police team reached the spot and started investigation to identify and apprehend the accused. Police have obtained CCTV footages of the area and started a rigorous search for the accused.
