Big tree uprooted on Gwarighat main road

Power supply in Rampur area was hampered due to uprooting of a big tree on Gwarighat main road, on Monday night. The incident lead to damaging of an Innova car and bending of an electricity pole. Fortunately, nobody was injured due to uprooting of tree on the busy street, but power distribution line was badly damaged in the incident.

Learning about the incident, police team reached the spot and officers of Power Distribution Company and Jabalpur Municipal Corporation (JMC) were informed about the incident. JMC team removed the uprooted tree by cutting its branches, while lines staff of Power Company reached the spot and managed to restart the electricity supply in the area.
