Government committed to protect Gaumata: Verma

Minister for Public Works Sajjan Singh Verma said that the State Government is committed to protect cows. For this purpose, gaushala is being constructed in every gram panchayat of the State. He said that new gaushalas will be constructed in the form of modern gaushalas. Verma was addressing the villagers on Tuesday while performing the bhoomipujan of a gaushala in village Odhni of Babai Gram Panchayat of Sonkach block of Dewas district. After this, Verma held discussions with the farmers and inquired about the soybean crop. Verma also performed bhoomipujan of new Samudayik Bhavan to be built at a cost of about Rs 23 lakh in Bhaunrasa town of Sonkach block.
 
He said that the State Government is always with the people in their happiness and sorrow. He further said that the State Government has started ‘Aapki Sarkar-Aapke Dwaar’ program to solve the problems of common man. Through this program, the problems of each person will be solved at the camp site itself. Children to get good education and culture in Bal Shiksha Kendra: Minister Sajjan Singh Verma said that Bal Shisksha Kendras have been started by the state government to provide good education and to develop culture in children.
 
He was dedicating the Bal Shiksha Kendra at village Fawda of Sonkach block. He planted saplings in a garden in the Shakti Mata temple complex on the bank of the Rani Damyanti pond of Bhounrasa and laid emphasis on public participation in cleaning the rivers. Inspects crops after reaching agriculture fields in Barkheda village: Minister Sajjan Singh Verma visited the agriculture fields in Barkheda village during his visit to Tonkhurd area and inspected the crops. He said that the State Government is always with the farmers in their grief. Verma gave instructions for conducting immediate survey of the soybean crop. He said that farmers will not face any difficulty in getting compensation.
