Four youths, woman killed as car falls into flooded nullah

Four youths and a woman from Bhopal died when their car skidded off the road and fell into a flooded nullah in Sehore district. Bodies of four youths were fished out but search is still continuing for woman’s body. All of them are said to be employees of Jeevan Motors and were on way to Indore to attend a training workshop. Sehore Police Control Room said that deceased were identified as Nasim Khan, Sanyog Pratap Singh, Ajay Acharya and Farhan.
 
The search operation was still underway to fish out the body of Tanishka Talreja. Till evening, her body could not be recovered. Police said that their car fell into a flooded nullah which is one kilometre from Jatakheda village falling in limits of Mandi Thana. It was during morning hours when villagers saw the car in nullah and immediately informed the police. A rescue operation was carried out and four bodies of youths were recovered.
 
SHO of Mandi Thana (Sehore) Shishir Das told ‘The Hitavada’ that four bodies of youths have been taken out from the flooded nullah and search is still underway to fish out body of Tanishka Talreja. He told that deceased were going to Indore from Bhopal to attend a training session. It was around 6.30 am that incident came to light. According to sources, police believe that deceased might have left by car to Indore during late night or early morning. Their family members were informed about the accident and bodies were sent for autopsy. The car was taken out with the help of a crane.
