Bhilai based Shweta Padda’s upcoming film ‘Mooso’ (the Mouse) has been nominated for Los Angeles International

Film Festival. Shweta plays the lead female character in the film. Adorned with Bollywood actors, the film is the only Indian film that has been selected and nominated among 50 foreign feature films at the Los Angeles International Film Festival 2019. The recently made film is also selected as the semi-finalist in Gold Movie Awards 2020, London.

Not only this, the world premiere of ‘Mooso’ will also be held in Los Angeles. The film has lead Bollywood characters like Yashpal Sharma, Rajendra Gupta, Pragit Pandit, Chitiyayak Khan, Anupam Shyam and Ravi Shah. The film is produced by Vinod Kumar and Sushmita Yadav.

Made under the RV series, the film is directed by Dipankar Prakash. Shweta is the creative producer of this film and has also played the female lead role. The theme of the film and the natural acting of the casts have led this film to London.

 

Shweta has so far worked in Next Vice, Kaagpanth, Aliy-AIiy, Amravati web series and others. She has also received the Best Actress Award at the 5th Dehradoon International Film Festival -2019 for her film ‘Kaagpanth’ and at the 2nd Jharkhand National film festival 2019 for ‘Kaagpanth’ and ‘Mooso’.
