Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) carried out raid at Kali parade, Kabad Khana Industrial area. The raid was carried out under Food Safety Officer, D K Verma.

 

 

The first team conducted casual raids on the Salty Factory located at Kali Parade, Kabradkhana Industrial Area, where sev, mixture, falhari mixture, Namkeen were being manufactured with palm oil. The packets were sold under Ganesh Namkeen. The department officials reprimanded the factory operator on the spot because the operator was using poor quality peanut grains. Another raid was at Baghsewaniya and third team raided dairy and milk parlours at Jehangirabad and from a shop, red chilli samples were also collected after a complaint.
