Abhilash Agrawal’s Chhattisgarhi Musical Film ‘Mor Ji Mor Bas’ got officially selected at the FTF Sessions Film festival to be held in the prestigious Pinewoods Studio, England. ‘Mor Ji Mor Bas’ is the first 4K UHD content from Chhattisgarh. This film conveys the understanding of the State regarding Modern Cinema and Music. The film has the Chhattisgarhi content as modern as advanced as it could be by keeping the folk feel intact, informed Abhilash Agrawal. Currently ‘Mor Ji Mor Bas’ is streaming on Facebook and Youtube.

On Facebook the content the film is trending and has received 1,00,000 views within 7 days of its release. ‘Mor Ji Mor Bas’ is a psychedelic content through which a person suffering from face deformity overcomes the sense of unacceptability and finds love. Love and emotions are tried to be conveyed through the symbolism and metaphors. It is the content which used the anamorphic technology in its production. Anamorphic technology is very costly and it’s generally used in the films made in Hollywood.

“Mor Ji Mor Bas is here to break the stereotypes which has been forced upon us and we’re made to believe that it’s the only truth. The sense of being Orthodox has been engraved and we need to overcome that. We need to be original, free and experimental, we need to evolve and be innovative. So we could stand somewhere in the international scenes,” added Abhilash Agrawal. Mor Ji Mor Bas is written, directed and produced by Abhilash Agrawal. It may be mentioned here that Abhilash has done his graduation in Cinema from AAFT, Delhi and his Diploma from Udaan, Mumbai.
