The birth anniversary of late Dattopant Thengadi, founder of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) was celebrated with great enthusiasm by BMS, Vidarbha Unit. As a part of celebration, two days training programme was organised at Ahilya Smarak Mandir on January 11 and January 12. Candidates who are below the age of 40 years were given training so that they can became the member of the BMS. Dr Sudhakar Kulkarni, Convenor of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, Western Unit inaugurated the training programme.
 
He explained in detail the life journey of late Dattopant Thengadi. Prof Atul Moghe, Sahkaryawah of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh also expressed his views on the occasion. In the two days training programme, Ramesh Ballewar, President of BMS, Vidarbha Unit, Ashok Bhutad, Working President, Ramesh Patil, Organising Secretary, Shriram Batwe, Vice-President, Prakash Sowany, General Secretary and advocate Shailesh Munje guided the participants. Prakash Wanikar, Office Secretary, Ram Telang, Treasurer, Jayant Asole, Vilas Madavi and others took efforts to make the training programme a grand success, informs a press release by Suresh Choudhari, Chief PRO.
