Irregularities and unwarranted delay in completion of sewer line restoration work is proving dear to the denizens. Overlooking and alleged wrongdoings on the part of authorities concerned has become a curse for the city. During summer and winter, puff of dust billows throughout the day from the partially filled sewer lines cause serious respiratory problems to denizens while during rains it make roads marshy. The incomplete sewer line work has become painful to Jabalpurians.

Concerned authorities are not listening to people's voice and paying no heed to their problem.
It may be noted the Jabalpur Municipal Corporation had had dug up all-important roads of the city to lay sewer pipes. But after completing the work, it is paying negligence in carrying out restoration work properly on concerned routes. The trenches which were made for sewer pipes are still not restored completely. Partially filled sewer channels are posing great threat of fatal accidents. Besides, dust billows from the place causing serious health hazards for citizens. Negligence on the part of the JMC authorities is proving costly. Puffs of dust billows throughout the day on the route are proving costly to the health of denizens. Likewise, the residences, shops and other such structures situated along the roads were sewer lines were made are smeared with dust. People getting suffered from respiratory ailments.
The dust is causing serious health problems to people. The incomplete work is also affecting business. Customers not visiting shops situated adjacent sewer lines. The incomplete sewer line work has shattered business. The shopkeepers are facing huge loss since years. Businessmen have approached all concerned senior officials and appealed them for early completion of work, but they are paying no heed to the requests. Incomplete sewer line work is proving dear to the business and health of people. People have demanded the Jabalpur Municipal Corporation to complete restoration work and construct the road early so that people could take a sigh of relief.
