Equestrian Pranay Khare bags ‘Best Rider’ trophy for third consecutive year

Madhya Pradesh State Equestrian Academy’s talented rider Pranay Khare bagged the Best Rider trophy for the third time in a row in the Junior National Equestrian Championship held at Embassy International Riding School, Bengaluru, from December 20 to 30. With his tremendous performance, he bagged three gold medals and one silver medal which made him to win the Overall Best Rider trophy for the third consecutive year in the young rider category.
 
Apart from this, Pranay Khare also bagged two gold medals at the Embassy International School Rider Show. Combining these, Pranay made the State proud by winning total six medals, including a total of five gold and silver, along with the Best Rider trophy. A total of 14 medals were won by the academy’s riders in the Junior National Equestrian Competition. The medals include seven gold, four silver and three bronze medals and three Champions Trophies.
 
In the competition, academy player Arjun Singh won the trophy for Best Rider in Children’s category and Aditya Ayush Singh for Best Rider in the Junior’s category. The medalists include Raju Singh Bhadoria, Aditya Ayush Singh, Meera Malaiya, Hiral Joshi, Anand Jhala, Akanksha Vishwakarma, Paridhi Joshi, Arjun Singh and Bholu Parmar. The players participated in the competition under the guidance of Captain Bhagirath, the chief coach of MP State Equestrian Academy. Minister of Sports and Youth Welfare Jitu Patwari and Director of Sports and Youth Welfare Dr S L Thaosen expressed contentment on this achievement of Equestrian Academy riders and extended their best wishes to them for upcoming performances.
