Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan instructed strict action in a case of murder of a minor in Jabalpur. Chief Minister Chouhan said that effective action should be taken to eliminate such criminals. No culprit should be spared. Additional Director General of Police (ADG) (Intelligence), Adarsh Katiyar informed that the accused has been arrested in this case. A detailed investigation is being conducted in the case.
 
 
Ujjain ASP, DSP removed Under the instructions given by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan regarding Ujjain hooch tragedy, the Home Department issued an order, with immediate effect to transfer Ujjain ASP Rupesh Kumar Dwivedi to Additional Inspector General of Police, Police Headquarters, Bhopal. Similarly, Deputy Superintendent of Police Rajneesh Kashyap was suspended with immediate effect for gross negligence towards duties of the post in his jurisdiction. Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains, OSD Chief Minister’s Office Makrand Deuskar, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Manish Rastogi, Commissioner Public Relations Dr Sudam Khade and other officials were present.
