Sports Director instructs officials to resume activities in Hoshangabad soon

Director Sports and Youth Welfare Pawan Kumar Jain on Monday reviewed the sports activities at Hoshangabad. He oversaw the Rajmata Scindia Khel Prashal Itarsi and held discussion over sports activities with the officials and players of various sports associations. Sports Director also inspected the arrangements at Sports and Youth Welfare district office at Hoshangabad.
District Sports Officer gave detailed information about the sports activities and arrangements at Hoshangabad. Expressing resentment over the delay in resumption of the sports activities at Hoshangabad, the director instructed to start the sports activities in the district immediately. While reaching the MP Cricket Association, Hoshangabad, the Sports Director evaluated the ground and reviewed the sports facilities.
MP Cricket Association Officer Anurag Mishra informed the director about cricket facilities being made available to the players which was appreciated by the director. Sports Director Pawan Kumar Jain held discussion with the officials of District Sports Federations of Hockey, Football, Archery, Swimming, Badminton and Table Tennis and received various suggestions in regards to sport activities. He assured the officials that every effort will be made to promote sports activities in the district. IG Jitendra Singh Kushwaha, Superintendent of Police Santosh Singh Gaur, Additional SP Awadhesh Pratap Singh, District Sports Officer Uma Patel and Sports Federation officials were present in the meeting.
