“Yes I demolished Congress Government as it betrayed the people…Kamal Nath and Digvijay Singh betrayed people and my fight is against these betrayers,” said Rajya Sabha Member and BJP leader Jyotiraditya Scindia. He was addressing public rallies in Dimni, Mehgaon, Ambah and Gohad Assembly constituencies on Thursday.
He said that after making Congress Government to cave in, he has put forward a proposal in the Parliament of people and it needs to be approved by pressing the button of lotus (BJP election symbol) on November 3. He told that previous Congress Government was formed on the basis of support from Gwalior and Chambal belt. In the history of 70 years, Congress got more than 18 Assembly seats from Gwalior and Chambal belt. But previous Congress Government insulted the people of Gwalior and Chambal. People of Gwalior and Chambal will take revenge of this insult on voting day i.e on November 3.
He minced no words in criticising Congress and told that corruption had reached zenith during previous Kamal Nath Government. Even a Cabinet minister of that time had written a letter to Sonia Gandhi and complained in this regard. “We thought Kamal Nath is an industrialist, will install industries, but he started transfer industry,” he fumed.
He said that during Congress Government time, promise was made that if farmers loan upto Rs 2 lakh was not waived off in ten days then CM will be changed. He waited for ten months but loan waiver did not take place and neither CM was changed. He said Scindia family will bring all those to ground who betray farmers.
