HIGHLIGHTING that the real estate sector is witnessing a sharp rise in demand for households, Sachin Khare, Director of Shree Constructions, on Friday said that the recent rise is driven by extraordinary demand for affordable housing.
 
Interacting with The Hitavada, Khare said that in the changed scenario, large number of home seekers are showing interest in affordable household. “After a lull, we are now on the track of recovery where home buyers who were on the back foot for quite long are now buying 2BHK and 3BHK apartments,” the renowned player in the sector said.
To bring home his statement, Khare said that the project Shree Shivgauri Residency developed by his company - Shree Constructions booked more than 125 units in a span of only two months. Besides, he is also expecting the number of booking to go further up during the upcoming festive season.
 
He further said, “People are taking benefit of various factors like the low interest rates, subsidy of Rs 2.67 lakh under the PMAY and reduced Stamp Duty.”
 
Khare said, “ I always wanted to start my own business and eventually become a builder. I started my career in 1999 as a real estate consultant and with huge success dived into construction business. From 2009 to 2015 he completed 10 projects. From 2015 there was no looking back, Shree Constructions had completed another 7 projects.”
 
Shree Shivgauri Residency township consists of 2&3 BHK apartments, six towers of 11 floors each spread over a sprawling 10 acre plot at Jaitala. Construction work of the first tower -- Camellia -- consisting of 187 flats is under full
swing, he said.
 
The speciality of Shree Shivgauri Residency is that it is one of the biggest affordable housing townships consisting of 1,000 flats and offering 5-Star amenities within city limits. The project is scheduled to be completed by 2023, he said.
The township offers the lowest prices starting at Rs 3,000 per square feet compared to other similar projects in the same locality at Rs 3,500 per sq ft to Rs 4,000 per sq ft, he said.
 
The amenities consists of miniplex, mall, mandir, party lawn, 4 acre club house, swimming pool, indoor/outdoor games, childrens park, jogging track, 4 lifts in each tower with power backup etc., he pointed out.
 
Shree Shivgauri Residency is a joint venture of Shree Constructions and Shri Kedareshwar Builders and Developers. The luxurious township has taken wings due to the efforts of architects and project management team N+U Design Studio, New Delhi and Architect Madhav Deshpande, structural consultants AAJ Engineers and Consultants, legal advisor Sandeep Shashtri and Associates and finance consultants BPSD and Associates.
