The Chamber of Small Industry Associations, (COSIA), Vidarbha Chapter has organised a knowledge sharing webinar on ‘Debt Restructuring & One Time Settlement (OTS)’ , its benefits and challenges specially to MSME in today’s scenario, post COVID-19 period. The session will be held on October 24.

 

When this pandamic disease has taken a backseat and economic activities are gradually reviving in the country the business enterprises are facing multiple challenges.

 

MSMEs are no exception to this but they have their own limitations and to overcome this shortcomings, restructuring of stressed assets and One Time Settlement can be a useful tool, said Shri Mayank Shukla, Chairman Chamber of Small Industry Associations, Vidarbha Chapter. Sunil Kumar Pandey, an IIM(Calcutta) alumini and a Founder Partner of Arth Vritt Capital, Mumbai, is an expert faculty on the subject and will share his knowledge on the subject which will be of great benefit to the enterprises who are facing a challenge of coming out of woods of stressed assets, said CA Julfesh Shah, Vice Chairman of Chamber of Small Industry Associations.
