An important meeting of Crisis Management Committee was held to discuss and review in detail arrangements for treatment of corona patients and preparations being made to deal with future challenge at Collectorate, on Saturday. Member of Parliament Rakesh Singh chaired the meeting. During the meeting the Committee members appreciated the efforts made to increase the number of ICUs and Oxygen-equipped beds in Medical College and Hospital and Victoria Hospital.
 
They said due to increase in the capacity of treatment of corona patients in hospitals, the prevailing fear of people has been removed and their confidence in the system has increased. During the meeting, MP Singh directed the officials to take all necessary steps for effective control of Coronavirus infection. He also stressed the need of immediate shifting of corona suspected and corona infected people to the hospital. He also directed to create public awareness so that patients could be given treatment at right time.
 
Singh also sought detailed information about the working of district level corona control and command center. He said along with monitoring the heath of COVID-19 patients living in home isolation, the officials should also ensure availability of essential medicines to the patients. He asked concerned senior officials to ensure that prescribed rates of treatment of corona patients in private hospitals should be mentioned on notice board. Amongst those participated in the meeting were MLA Ajay Vishnoi, Nandani Maravi, Sushil Tiwari, IG Police, Bhagwat Singh Chouhan, Collector, Karmveer Sharma, SP Siddharth Bahuguna and others.
