Oct 3 Making headway in the Queens Club lockdown violation case and firing, Telibandha police on Saturday arrested a 25-year-old woman. “Police have arrested Twinkal Singh Kaur (25), hailing from Durg district, in connection with the Queens Club lockdown violation case. As of now, police have arrested 10 accused and search is on for others,” said Telibandha SHO Ramakant Sahu. The accused was produced in a local court on Saturday for judicial remand, added Sahu.
 
Notably, police have already arrested the club Director Harshit Singhania, Manager Suraj Sharma, Front Manager Sanskar Pache, Assistant Manager Karan Sonwani, Hitesh Patel, Amit Dhawna, Rajveer Kaur, Meenal Mandviya and Sonali Mandviya. Namit Jain, Champalal Jain, Neha Jain, Minali Singhania, Abhijeet Kaur Nirankari, Twinkal Singh and Minal are yet to be arrested.
 
It may be recalled that late on September 27 night, Telibandha police raided Queens Club after learning about firing in the club. Thereafter, police learnt about a birthday celebration at Queens Club during the lockdown following which, Hitesh Patel along with firearm was arrested on charges of attempt to murder, while four others including Queens Club’s Director Harshit Singhania under Sections 188, 269 and 270 of Indian Penal Code registered with Telibandha police station. In the wake of the incident, the club has been sealed by the administration.
