MoS Parmar administers oath of national unity at Mantralay

Minister of State for General Administration, Inder Singh Parmar administered the oath for unity, integrity and safety of the nation on the birth anniversary of freedom fighter, first former Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in Mantralaya on Saturday. Notably, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel strengthened the nation by integrating the Indian princely states and built a modern India. In order to commemorate his great efforts, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India took the decision to celebrate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel as National Integration Day from the year 2014, across the country.
 
Among those who were present in the oath taking programme were Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains, Additional Chief Secretary General Administration Vinod Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary Ajit Kesari, ICP Keshari, Principal Secretary Sanjay Shukla, Rashmi Arun Shami, Pallavi Jain, Kalpana Shrivastava, Sanjeev Jha and other officers and employees.
