Bhopal Divn breaks record of max goods wagon

Bhopal Railway Division has broken all records by giving Green signal to maximum goods train in 24 hours from Itarsi yard to Nagpur route. Railway officials said that while entire people were celebrating the festival of Diwali, employees of Bhopal railway were dedicated for uninterrupted operation of trains. With the coordination of pilots, station employees and control officers, total 71 goods wagon were given Green signal from Itarsi yard towards Bhopal, Jabalpur, Khandwa and Nagpur.
 
These goods trains are apart from the special trains being run for the passengers. Out of this maximum 29 goods wagon were sent to Nagpur route within 24 hours that has broken all records. Previous record of Goods wagon on September 6 was 25 trains. Average time of train operation including halt of train and departure remain as 39 minute. Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) Uday Borwanker congratulated the employees and also announced to reward them in a public programme.
