World-level multi-model logistic hub will be established in State: Singh

Food and Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Minister Bisahulal Singh said that world level multi model logistic hub will be established in Madhya Pradesh. He was addressing departmental review meeting at Mantralaya on Monday.
He said that discussed on draft of multi model logistic hub, centre for perishable cargo, logistic operation etc. he also reviewed procurement works and gunny sack arrangements and gave necessary instructions to officers. Principal Secretary, Faiz Ahmad Kidwai said that according to government wish, state would be developed as major storage and logistic hub of country. Target has been set for completion of construction in next 52 months in respect to world level multi model logistics hub.
The project will be realized by April 1, 2022. In the meantime, Minister Bishahulal Singh reviewed work related to establishment of center for perishable cargo at air ports. Principal Secretary, Faiz Ahmad Kidwai informed that target has been set to complete concerned project in next one and half years. Aim has been set to start its operation from April 1, 2022. Bisahulal Singh also reviewed works to upgrade available resources according to industries.
