Minister Kedar felicitates Chandurkar

MAHARASHTRA Cabinet Minister for Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Youth Welfare & Sports Sunil Kedar felicitated Vishal Chandurkar assistant coach of Aqua Sports Club for his contribution in the field of swimming. Kedar congratulated Chandurkar for becoming the youngest and first swimming coach from Nagpur for accomplishing the ASCA Level-5 Certification Course in swimming coaching at international level and gave him best wishes for his future endeavours.
 
Chandurkar became the member of (ASCA) American Swimming Coaches Association, Florida, United States of America, in the year 2014. In 2016, he successfully completed ASCA Level-1 certification, ASCA Level-2 in 2018, Level-3 in 2019 and Level-4 and 5 in 2020. Chandurkar, also an ex-member of Australian Swimming Coaches And Teachers Association (ASCTA) Australia, has completed the Australian Swimming Coaches and Teachers Association (ASCTA) Certification in Swimming Coaching. In the year 2002 he had successfully cleared the Certification Course in Swimming Coaching conducted by Netaji Subhash National Institute of Sports, Patiala at New Delhi.
 
Apart from this, he is also a member of World Swimming Coaches Association (WSCA) United States of America. Chandurkar is working in the field of swimming coaching since last 22 years and has guided several state, national and international level swimmers from Orange City. He attributed the credit of his success to Aqua Sports Club President Mohan Nahatkar, Secretary Mangesh Gadre and chief coach Dr Pravin Lamkhade.
