SHIVA Iyer is hardly making any wrong moves on the 64-square board these days. The talented player pocketed yet another title emerging champion in the 15th edition of NDCA’s OLBCT. The event was conducted through the platform of lichess.org.
 
Iyer won all the nine rounds to emerge as sole champion. Thirty players participated in the tournament. The time control given to all players was 5 minutes each to finish the game. Iyer was followed by Sumedh Ramteke with 7 points while Sai Rahul Tarekar finished third with 6.5 points. Top 12 players received cash prizes. The tournament was conducted under the supervision of FA Umesh Panbude.
