DR SHARAD Suryawanshi was felicitated for being elected as Senior Joint Secretary of the Maharashtra Athletic Association (MAA). Nagesh Sahare, Corporator and also Vice-president of Nagpur District Athletic Association and Corporator Pramod Tabhane were among those who honoured Suryawanshi by offering him a bouquet.

 

They wished him all the best for his future endeavours. Nagpur’s first international athlete Dr Suryawanshi has been instrumental in promoting athletics and athletes in the region. Sahare hoped that with new post and responsibility, expectations from Dr Suryawanshi’s has increased and it will benefit athletes of the city scale newer heights. Archana Kottewar, Prashant Narkhede, Chhotesahab Khan and Kamlesh Wankhede were among those present on the occasion.
