Around 19,000 villages across Chhattisgarh region will be covered by the members of Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) under Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir Nidhi Samarpan Abhiyan for ensuring their participation in built of the grand temple in Shri Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya, said Organisational Secretary (Central) of VHP Vinayak Rao Deshpandey. Detailing about the campaign on Wednesday in Raipur, Deshpandey said that aiming to garner the support to build the grand temple of Lord Ram, members along with saints will visit door-to-door across Chhattisgarh and the country.
 
Thousand and lakhs of VHP members have pledged of visiting 19000 villages and contact to every Hindu families. Meetings of successful execution of the campaign have been completed across the country. Initially, an outline was drafted for covering 4 lakh villages across the country but the figure increased to 5 lakh villages. For successful execution the campaign, Chhattisgarh unit of Shri Ram Mandir Nidhi Samarpan Samiti has been constituted, added Deshpandey. “We are confident that the campaign is going to be a grand success and construction of the temple will be accomplished within four years,” stated Deshpandey, elaborating that the support of every devotee of Shri Ram across the country will be sought to build the grand temple at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya, he said.
 
Under this extensive campaign, over 11 crore families in 5 lakh villages across the country will be contacted by the members of VHP from the coming Makar Sankranti (15 January) to Magh-Purnima (27 February), informed Deshpandey. Calling on people to enthusiastically support the campaign, Deshpandey said that along with financial aid, the campaign needs precious time of the people. With the support of people of every caste, creed, sect, region and language of the country, the Ram temple would actually take the form of a Rashtra Mandir (Temple of the nation), he added.Meanwhile, he also salutes the struggles and sacrifices of innumerable hindus. He further added that in order to maintain transparency in the financial dealings and transactions, the trust has printed coupons and receipts of denominations of INR 10, 100 and 1000. Karyakartas will issue coupons or receipts according to what the society contributes.
