BJP MLA Manoharlal Untwal consigned to flames in Alot

The last rites of BJP MLA Manoharlal Untwal were performed at his home town Alot in Ratlam district on Friday. Ex-CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Leader of Opposition Gopal Bhargava, BJP State President Rakesh Singh etc participated in funeral procession of Manoharlal Untwal.

Untwal’s body was wrapped in a tricolour and BJP flag. He was cremated with full State honours.
A sea of people turned up in his final journey. BJP State President Rakesh Singh said that he cannot believe that Manoharlal Untwal is no more. He said that Untwal was MLA of four times, an ex-MP and ex-minister. Whatever work was given to him by party, he executed it with firm dedication. Ex-CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that hundreds of people turned up in final journey of Manoharlal Untwal and this shows that how much popular he was among masses. He said that Manoharlal Untwal passed away too early. Leader of Opposition Gopal Bhargava told that he is saddened by untimely demise of Untwal. He said that Manoharlal Untwal’s death has created an irreparable void in politics. Many BJP MLAs and leaders were present when mortal remains of Manoharlal Untwal was consigned to flames.
