Raipur Mayor Aijaz Dhebar on Tuesday toured several wards and took stock of the basic amenities, local issues and projects. At Daanveer Bhamashah ward-26, Mayor expressed displeasure at the filthy pond and directed the officials to deploy special team to clean up the water body and surrounding. He also inspected the Shashibala Girls School, where he instructed for necessary repairing works of the building.
 
Also, Mayor visited the Shukrawari Bazaar of Gudhiyari, where he analyzed the ongoing work of water pipeline extension and directed for its quick completion before filling up the trenches dug for the pipes so as the people can get access to the drinking water. Mayor was accompanied by Mayor-in-council member Sunder Jogi, Zone-1 Commissioner Dinesh Kosariya, Assistant Engineer Gajaram Kanwar, Sub-Engineer Deepak Dewangan, Jainandan Dahariya and ward residents.
