 Team Ojaswi Group that pieced together the concept of Arogyam Dhan Sampada.

Maiden programme of Ojaswi Group Arogyam Dhan Sampada focussing on women health got overwhelming response from citizens in Besa area. The event was held at Era International School, Besa, and was presented by Dr Sushma Deshmukh and her team. The idea of programme was to enlighten society about various aspects of girl's life her birth, her teenage, motherhood, and at last as matron of the House. The programme was titled 'Dil Hai Chotasa' with specialised focus on debunking hearsay’s about girl child and her health. As the girl starts to grow-up she reaches one step after another in her life and during these changes what care is to be taken, what should be priority was discussed. Nanda Jichkar, ex-Mayor, was the chief guest at the programme while Monal Surendra Banait was guest of honour.
 
Anita Pandav, Director, Era International School, and Seema Fadnavis, ex-Head Mistress. was the special guests. At the outset, Sonali Mohod outlined the idea of Ojaswi Group, wherein she stated that everyone is ingrained with brightness and their endeavor it to channalise the same for great good of humanity. Society is plagued with many complexities and the group run by women aims to transform the society to achieve cherished ideals that everyone desires today. Through Ojaswi Group in days to come the group would launch special programmes for children, adolescent girls and boys, women and elderly trying to synergise their activities for common good, she further said.
 
The programme presented by Dr Deshmukh was accompanied by presentation of select songs of Marathi and Hindi by talented singers Yogita Chandel and Sheela Bidkar aimed at focussing on nurturing women health. Given the complexities of women's health she together with Shubhada Fadnavis, she was the narrator, tried to explain in simple way various aspects of woman's life from birth till menopausal stage. Addressing the gathering, Nanda Jichkar empahsised that only that nation has achieved progress that has respected their womenfolk. Complimenting Ojaswi Group for focussing on empowering women, she said such programmes are need for hour.
 
Expressing concern over incidents that force us to hang our heads in shame, she said it boils down to sanskar and they are incomplete without mentioning role of mother. So the endeavor of Ojaswi Group to strengthen the woman and develop her capabilities needs to be applauded. Anita Pandav presented a couplet she prepared on Ojaswi Group and said they have all resolved to work unitedly for a better tomorrow. Seema Fadnavis also extended her greetings to the programme that saw quite a large turnout of residents in Besa and surroundings areas.
 
Vrundatai Thakre, Shardatai Deshmukh, Sunita Jichkar, Jayatai Deshmukh, Kalpanatai Mankar, Prem Biradare, Anita Thengre, Dr Sudhir Deshmukh, Ashish Hadke and many others were prominently present. Priya Ronghe and Harsha Kohale compered the programme while Bhagyashree Deshmukh proposed vote of thanks. Vandana Meshram, Yogita Nashikwar, Dish Deshmukh, Archana Thakre, Vanita Deshmukh, Nandatai Deshmukh and others worked hard for success of the programme. The gathering of people from all walks of life appreciated the presentation and expressed feeling that many of misconceptions that they were harbouring were removed.
