Commr Rajak inspects facilities for disabled at public places

People having some disability should get basic facilities in public places and vehicles. The instructions in this regard were given by the Madhya Pradesh Commissioner Disability, Sandeep Rajak during inspection of the Bus Stand, RTO office along with Deaf and Dumb, Blind Hostel, Pandapura. On this occasion RTO, Officers of the department of Social Justice, Disable Welfare. Commissioner Disability, Sandeep Rajak addressing the meeting asked officials to ensure availability of wheel chair and ramp in bus stand and public places.
He also checked the pay and use public toilet and Rain Basera. He instructed to ensure availability of ramp and wheel chair for disabled in Rain Basera, Pay and Use toilets premises. He also inspected buses and instructed to mention the notice of 50 per cent discount for disables and also to notify the reserve seat for the disables.
He also visited RTO office and appreciated the facilities being provided to disables and specially challenged people in RTO office. During inspection of the Blind, Deaf and Dumb Hostel, CoRajak also instructed to Hostel Superintendent to ensure necessary arrangements.
