Prompt action against the housing societies should be taken by the officials of co-operative department, said Collector Tarun Pithode on Monday. He made the above statement while addressing a review meeting of time limit complaints at the collectorate. Pithode added all the complaints of revenue, BMC, building license, urban development department and those registered at CM Helpline should be resolved within the given time limit. He instructed the officials of the Public Works Department, Rajdhani project and to those of BMC to quickly submit the previously due mineral royalty from year 2013 to 2017.
 
He also said that all the farmers should be registered under the loan waiver scheme. The collector directed the SDMs and officials of BMC to check the arrangements at the marriage gardens in the state capital. He instructed the officials of BMC to update him with the status quo of all the marriage gardens in Bhopal. Kolar Tehsildar was given orders to take effective actions in the complaints against encroachment.
 
Collector also reviewed the pending complaints of the public rights, CM Helpline and said that actions must be taken soon. CEO Zila Panchayat Satish Kumar S, ADMs, SDMs and other officials were also present at the meeting.
