Collector Bharat Yadav reviewed works of Revenue Department and gave necessary directions to officials concerned during a meeting held in the conference hall at the Collectorate on Friday. During the meeting, Yadav asked senior officials to expedite revenue recovery and strictly deal with those not paying tax on time. He asked officials to achieve the set target within fixed time. He said pending cases of marking, partition, mutation must be redressed within stipulated time. He also directed Revenue officials to organise special camps for distribution of Nazul patta (lease). He said officials must ensure redressal of pending revenue cases during Revenue Lok Adalat on priority.
The Collector while reviewing paddy procurement, payment and transportation directed officials to ensure payment to farmers within next seven days and ensure upgradation of rejected paddy with consent of farmers. He said registration of farmers will be done till February 28, while wheat procurement will be conducted from March 25 to May 22. Looking to Rabi season, senior officials must ensure that farmers get water continuously from canal. They too get sufficient fertilisers and seeds.
Yadav further asked officials to conduct inspection of health centre, sub-health centre, delivery point and ensure people must get needed health facilities in rural areas.
He said officials must focus on vaccination of children and listing of pregnant women, their vaccination and medical examination before delivery. He said the officials must ensure needed facilities at health centres and delivery points. He also directed to ensure presence of ANM at sub-health centres. The Collector also stressed the need of development works in village panchayats, cleanliness with due public participation. He asked officials to work actively for availability of land for ponds, play ground, shantidham, hostel etc in rural areas and ensure distribution of lease for Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana.
The Collector also directed SDM and other officials to inspect schools, ensure provision of remedial classes for weak students, ensure cent-per-cent presence of teachers and give special attention to proper studies of class X students. Later, he also gave necessary direction for construction of Gaushalas, needed impetus to Kisan Yojana work, inspection of polling booths in view of civic body elections, monitoring of CM helpline complaints, public awareness regarding corona virus etc. Senior officials who attended the meeting were DFO R M Tripathi, CEO District Panchayat, Priyank Mishra, Additional Collector Harsh Dixit, V P Dwivedi all SDMs, Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars and other senior officials.
