J’khand labourers stranded at Bilaspur deported safely

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has arrangement for requisite transportation, medical and other facilities for migrant labourers stranded in Bilaspur. After learning about labourers, heading to Jharkhand from Kerala, stranded in Bilaspur railway station due to lockdown, the CM directed the administration to ensure food and medical facilities for them.
 
CM also ordered to arrange transportation facility for them. Stranded labourers on Tuesday were sent to Jharkhand in buses arranged by local administration. Labourers from Assam, West Bengal, Bihar and Odisha were also stranded and efforts were underway to arrange transportation facility for them. 237 migrant labourers reached to Bilaspur station from Kerala through Ernakulam-Bilaspur Express late on last night and got stranded due to lockdown called for prevention of COVID-19.
 
After learning about the stranded migrant labourers, Chief Minister directed local administration to arrange food, medical and transportation facilities. In the presence of Bilaspur Collector Dr Sanjay Alung and SP Prashant Agrawal, the migrant labourers were sent to their destination.
