ADG Upendra Jain assumed the charge of IG Bhopal on Friday. He received charge from outgoing ADG-cum-IG Bhopal Adarsh Katiyar. On this occasion, DIG Irshad Wali, DIG Rural Dr Ashish, ASP Sanjay Sahu, ASP Sandesh Jain, RI Deepak Patil etc were present. It was on Thursday that Government went for minor IPS reshuffle. Adarsh Katiyar is now ADG Intelligence. Rajiv Tandon, ADG CID, had been posted as in charge DG EOW. He replaces Sushobhan Banerjee who is now ADG JNPA Sagar. Dr S W Naqbi, ADG Intelligence, had moved out as ADG PHQ. Pragya Richa Shrivastava, ADG AJAK and OSD to CM had been posted as ADG AJAK. Makrand Deoskar, IG CID is now OSD to CM.
