THE prevailing lockdown has created serious trouble for stray dogs who are on verge of starvation. Majority of social organisations and local administration have showed their concern for cows by providing fodder to large number of cows. The stray dogs have turned excessively hostile in search of food. With the present spell of summer, these stray dogs are being forced to starve and have frequently started attacking people.

Across the city ambit, few people have shown their kindness towards stray dogs, as compared to large number of people are not bothered to feed these stray dogs, this has eventually made them hostile. The hostile stance of dogs is likely to record spate in instances of dog bite with summer heading for its peak. Less attention of people from various sections of society has made survival of stray dogs difficult and they have become hostile.
