The outstanding success of Prashansha Rajput in the CGBSE Class X Main examination 2020 has again proved that sports helps improve focus provided one stays honest in his/her efforts. Prashansha, a national medal winner in Kudo, has secured the second position in the tentative Class X top-10 list of meritorious students with 99.33 per cent marks. She has obtained aggregate 596 marks out of 600 in the Class X examination. “Sports have nothing to do with my study.

I have won Bronze medal in the National Kudo championship in U-17 category. I have also won gold medal in the U-17 state-level and Bronze in the U-14 age group,” said Prashansha who wants to become a doctor. When asked about the balancing between sports and academics, Prashansha said that time management is the key to her success. “I used to stay away from home for my commitment to sports.

I used to plan my time-table according to my sports and adhere to it strictly. I used to spend 6-8 hours in study when at home,” said Prashansha, a student of Gyanoday Public School Bemetara. She said that her mother Shraddha Rajpur is a teacher and it has been an advantage for her. Father Vyasnarayan Rajput runs a shop.
