IAS Assn contributes one day’s salary towards CMRF

For the third time, Chhattisgarh Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Association has decided to contribute one day’s salary towards Chief Minister Relief Fund (CMRF) to help the state government to fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. Chairman of the Chhattisgarh IAS Association C K Khetan wrote a letter Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and informed him that the members of the IAS Association would contribute one day salary again to the CMRF to support the State Government in the fight of COVID-19 pandemic.
 
“The State Government is leading from the front and all IAS officers are also part of your team. All the Government servants from all India Service to Class IV employees are supporting the State Government in your determined fight with dangerous COVID-19. Recently, COVID-19 cases have increased in the State, which requires more resources and increased efforts,” said Khetan. “We are in a very tiny way supporting you in your all-out efforts. We are sure that we will overcome this crisis together very soon”, he added.
