Provide corona test report within 24 hours: Minister Dr Narottam Mishra
 
 
Home, Public Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr Narottam Mishra reviewing health and safety arrangements in Indore directed the health department officials to make corona test sample report available within 24 hours. Dr Mishra said that better management in Indore has controlled corona pandemic successfully in comparison to Delhi and Mumbai.
 
Minister Dr Mishra reviewing the health department said that sample report must be made available in fast pace because delay in report increases risk of infection from COVID-19 positive to other persons, besides, the process of treatment also becomes critical. He said that if the test report comes timely then the condition of patient will not get deteriorated and patients will get well soon and will return to their homes so report must be given immediately. Minister Dr Mishra directed the health department that in any circumstances report of COVID-19 patients must be ensured within 24 hours.
 
Commissioner, Health, assures in the meeting that availability of test report within 24 hours will be ensured from Monday. Indore Collector Manish Singh informed that positivity rate of Indore reduced and reached at 6.6 per cent. There is only a ward in the city where more than 15 cases come. Water Resources Minister Tulsiram Silavat, Indore Divisional Commissioner Dr Pawan Sharma, IG Vivek Sharma, Collector, Municipal Corporation Commissioner, Zila Panchayat CEO, MGM Medical College Dean Dr Jyoti Bindal and other officials and doctors were present in the meeting.
