AS MANY as 500 survey teams will begin extensive health survey at 51 slums of the State capital under ‘Kill Corona’ campaign on Saturday. Collector Avinash Lavania held a training session of nodal officers, ASHA workers, police supervisors and health officials at Samanvay Bhawan on Friday.

 

Lavania said all the officials and staffers should conduct the survey with honesty to free the city from this deadly virus. For this survey teams have been formed, including ASHA workers, Anganwadi supervisors, doctors and ANMs. They will conduct screening and sampling in 51 dense slums in Bhopal, added Lavania.

 

The Collector also said that through door-to-door sampling corona patients will come forward in masses.

Hence, pre-identification of patients will help in proper treatment. Bhopal Municipal Corporation Commissioner V S Kolsani, additional collectors Anil Vashishtha, Satish Kumar S and other district officers were also present during the session.
