DRIZZLING in the evening gave much needed respite to people from humidity on Friday. Sky remained dotted with black clouds hovering over the city. People enjoyed mild showers and many two-wheeler riders, who were caught unawares, enjoyed the drizzling too.
 
Monsoon is going to pick up pace soon. The Weather Department has warned of heavy downpour in some parts of Hoshangabad, Betul, Harda, Agar, Sajapur, Khandwa, Vidisha, Ashok Nagar, Umaria, Dindori, Mandla, Damoh and Sagar districts. Rainfall and thunder activities are likely in many parts of Jabalpur, Sagar, Ujjain divisions and a few parts of Rewa, Shahdol, Bhopal, Hoshangabad, Indore, Gwalior divisions respectively. Rainfall is also likely in sundry parts of Gwalior division. In last 24 hours, rainfall lashed many parts of Rewa, Sagar, Jabalpur, Indore divisions. Major rainfall figures were recorded in Multai (7 mm), Bhopal, Bichua, Pali, Umaria, Budar, Bina, Chaurai (3 mm each), Kevlari, Gunnor, Lakhnadon, Patera (2 mm each) respectively. Monsoon has covered the entire State. So far, rainfall activities have been reported normal in the State.
