CM reviews preparations for Rewa Solar Project event

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan reviewed the preparations for Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Project dedication programme to be held on July 10 at Gurh, Rewa, from Mantralaya through video-conferencing. The project will be dedicated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi through video-conferencing on Friday. The programme will start at 11 am.
After the address of Chief Minister Chouhan, the project will be dedicated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi by pressing the button through video-conferencing. Later, a short video film giving information on the project will be displayed.
This will be followed by Prime Minister Modi’s address. The programme will conclude with a vote of thanks. State Governor Anandiben Patel will join the programme through video-conferencing from Lucknow. Principal Secretary, Energy, Sanjay Dubey informed that more than one crore people are expected to watch this programme through portal, national and local channels, social media etc.
Almost 235 international solar organisations and WHO representatives will join the programme. Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains, Principal Secretary Manish Rastogi, Secretary Selvendran, Commissioner Public Relations Sudam Khade etc. were present in the review meeting.
