THE newly appointed President of Madhya Pradesh Congress Seva Dal, Rajnesh Singh assumed the charge in a simple programme held at Congress headquarters in State capital on Thursday. Former Chief Minister Kamal Nath and other senior Congress leaders graced the occasion. Kamal Nath administered the oath to Rajnesh Singh.
