Disabled cricketers donate blood

IN A blood donation camp organised under the banner of Physically Challenged Cricket Association, Nagpur (PCCAN), as many as thirty disabled cricketers donated blood. In their contribution to the society during the corona pandemic, the players led by international disabled cricketer Gurudas Raut and Chhatrapati Awardee Piyush Ambulkar, who is also Sports Officer, Nagpur Municipal Corporation donated blood.
 
They urged the youth to come forward and donate blood during these testing times. Others including male and female international, national and state-level players followed them. At the outset, the camp was inaugurated by MLC Pravin Datke and PCCAN’s Anil Kotangle, Sanjay Bhoskar and Nutan Umredkar.
 
Bhushan Dadwe, Dhananjay Upasani, Sachin Thombre, Dhiraj Hirde, Sarang Chaple, Parag Watkar, Vinay Yadav, Janak Sahu, Matin Baig, Sachin Pakhre, Kalpana Satpute, Ashok Katekar, Prashant Gaurkar, Rinkesh Bisen, Mahfooz Alam, Pinky Tomar, Mangla Adamkar, Rajesh Watkar, Rajesh Chaudhary, Mohsin Khan, Damodar Ghangare and Ujjwal Pohare donated blood in presence of a host of PCCAN office-bearers and members.
