Division bench of the MPHC has given liberty to the petitioner to file representation before Principal Secretary, Department of Finance, Bhopal. In case a representation is filed within 30 days, respondent Principal Secretary, Department of Finance, Bhopal was to dwell upon the same in accordance with law and pass orders within three months from the date of receiving the representation.
 
Petitioner Aatmaram, a former employee of Madhya Pradesh State Co-operative Oil Seed Growers’ Federation Limited, later absorbed as Assistant Development Extension Officer in Janpad Panchayat Alot, Ratlam district with effect from October 31, 2014 vide order of the State Government, Panchayat and Rural Development Department dated on September 24, 2014, filed this petition seeking direction to respondents to extend the benefits of 5th and 6th Pay Commission for the period till November 2014; that is till the petitioner was absorbed in the services of Janpad Panchayat.
 
In other words, the petition is directed for grant of said benefit while he was an employee of Madhya Pradesh State respective counsel through video conferencing, following the norms of social distancing, physical distancing in letter and spirit. This petition has been filed as hebeas corpus. As the girl corpus, Bharti Joshi, was produced before the court by Gajraj Singh, ASI and Jaharunisha, lady constable, Police Station Satanwada, Shivpuri district. In view of the specific statement given by the corpus who is admittedly a minor, the police authorities are directed to handover the custody of the corpus to father-petitioner subject to verification by the counsel of the petitioner, the single bench said.
