The Jabalpur Municipal Corporation (JMC) has utterly failed in ensuring cleanliness at the Gaushala operated by it. Cow dung and other waste of the Gaushala can beseen thrown on the adjoining road causing major road blockade and causing problems for people residing near the Gaushala.

The JMC Gaushala situated in Tilwaraghat has a capacity to house 500 animals lifted by the ‘Haka’ gang. According to information, serious resentment has come to fore among large number of people residing near JMC’s Gaushala. Reason being the throwing of cow dung and other animal waste on adjoining road of the Gaushala.

This has blocked the road and people residing in the are facing problems. The animal waste is completely unhygienic and people are unable to bear the foul odour from the dumping of animal waste. In the present rainy season, dumping of animal waste has caused breeding of insects making the entire area highly vulnerable for spread of disease.
