CGPA starts relay_1
Standing against the arbitrary charging of fees and running online classes by the private schools, Chhattisgarh Parents’ Association has stated indefinite relay hunger strike from Friday. Since the permission sought for strike and demonstration has not been approved yet, the members of Chhattisgarh Parents’ Association demonstrated peacefully from their respective residences.

Raising question on the academic policy the Chhattisgarh Parents’ Association District President Dinesh Sharma and Dr Kirti said when the Government can implement policies like One Nation One Tax, One Nation One Ration Card, etc, then why One Nation One Academic Policy can’t be implemented. They asked as to why the private school managements are left to take arbitrary decisions with no Government control over them.

They stated that despite repeated complaints against private schools for their arbitrary acts, no action is being taken. Hence the Chhattisgarh Parents’ Association has decided to carry out relay hunger strike from Friday till the Government decides on fee waiver for three months, online classes are stopped and fees are not fixed with a sense of uniformly.

Meanwhile, the office-bearers of Chhattisgarh Parents’ Association have averred that they have applied for carrying out protest at dharnasthal and as and when permission is granted, state-level protests will be conducted from there. Till then they will carry out their relay hunger-strike from their respective houses. Also memorandums will be submitted to Governor, Chief Minister and School Education Minister as and when appointments will be sanctioned.
