Heavy to very heavy rains
 
 
With monsoon gradually picking up pace in State, Weather Department has issued warning of heavy to very heavy rains in Rewa, Indore, Ujjain divisions and Umaria, Dindori, Anuppur, Chhindwara, Seoni, Sehore, Hoshangabad, Guna and Ashok Nagar districts respectively.
 
Rainfall and thunder activities are likely in several parts of Shahdol, Jabalpur, Hoshangabad, Indore, Ujjain divisions and few parts of Rewa, Sagar, Bhopal, Ujjain, Gwalior, Chambal divisions respectively.
 
In last twenty-four hours, rainfall occurred in Bichia (8 cm), Anuppur (7 cm), Paraswada (6 cm), Mungawali, Katangi (4 cm each), Udaynagar, Hoshangabad, Pansemal, Narsinghgarh, Chanderi, Mhow, Begumganj, Barhi, Sarai (3 cm
each), Pushprajgarh, Devsar, Rajnagar, Samnapur, Raisen, Udaipura, Goharganj, Maheshwar, Sohagpur, Lateri, Vidisha, Kasrawad (2 cm each) respectively. It was during morning hours that Bhopal got drenched by a brief spell of light showers. Other than this, entire day passed off without rains, leading to rise in humidity level. With this, humidity continues to trouble people in State capital. Now everyone in city is waiting for revival of rainfall activities to get rid of high humidity. In the morning, sky was dotted with black clouds but later clouds started to disappear, leading way for sun to shine. So far, rainfall has been average in Madhya Pradesh. people are expecting bountiful rains in coming time.
