The results of Class X and XII examinations conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will be declared between July 11 and 13, highly placed sources disclosed. The board had already made it clear, it would not conduct the remaining examination of Class X. The scores obtained by the students will be treated as final. In case of Class XII examination the Board took different stand, according to which students of Class 12 will be given an option to appear in pending exams to improve scores. Their examinations would be conducted after the things out of coronavirus outbreak start improving.
 
As far as declaration of results is concerned, the Board had already submitted before the Supreme Court that results for the pending papers would be declared on the basis of students’ performance in the previous examinations and internal assessments. The Class X examinations were scheduled between March 31 and April 14, 2020. The Class XII were scheduled between February 15 and March 30, 2020. The Board had initiated evaluation process for already conducted board exams on May 10, 2020. This year, the answersheets were moved from 3,000 designated schools to the residences of qualified evaluators who checked them from their homes.
 
This process too was stopped for some times when in some areas the coronavirus cases reached at its peak. Earlier on June 25, CBSE has postponed the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). It was scheduled to be conducted on July 5.
 
Revaluation of on-line HSC exams: State Board The system of conducting revaluation of answersheets of on-line examinations of HSC was not in existence. But now Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has declared starting of revaluation of HSC on-line examinations conducted in February/March 2020, informed Ravikant Deshpande, Divisional Secretary, Nagpur Divisional Board.
 
Dy Director announces Class XI admission process Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur region Anil Pardhi has announced the process of Class XI on-line admissions. The registration by the High School and Junior colleges willing to participate in the process has already begun. It will end on July 15. The information uploaded by schools and junior colleges will be scrutiniesed at the level of Deputy Director office till July 16.
 
The on-line registration by students, filling of application number 1, selection of school guidance centre and ensuring the approval of application will begin on July 15 and will continue till the declaration of result of SSC. The process of students will be conducted at the level of students and parents. The department will approve the information of the students and will contact students if needed. This process will begin on July 16 and will continue till the announcement of SSC results. The process will be conducted at schools and colleges.
 
Students will submit the Part-2 form and submit the same with the help of parents. This phase will commence immediately after the declaration of SSC results. Anil Pardhi has made it clear the admission process will be conducted on-line only. If anybody does off-line admissions those would be rejected, warned Pardhi. He also asked colleges, schools to do the publicity and spread awareness at their level. During admissions the colleges and schools should take all precautions regarding coronavirus.
