Smart City Director Sandeep Joshi and leader of Ruling Party Sandeep Jadhav filed an FIR against Tukaram Mundhe alleging Rs 20 cr Smart City scam 
 
The legislators of Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) filed a complaint against Municipal Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe with Nagpur Commissioner of Police Dr Bhushan Kumar Upadhyay. The legislators demanded immediate action against Tukaram Mundhe on the FIR filed by Mayor Sandeep Joshi on June 21.
 
 
The Smart City Director Sandeep Joshi and leader of ruling party Sandeep Jadhav filed the FIR against Tukaram Mundhe alleging Rs 20 crores Smart City scam. After the FIR, Deputy Commissioner of Police had assured both of them to send their complaint to financial crime analysis, but no investigation was started by Police on this complaint yet.
 
This is the reason supporting both, the legislators approached the Commissioner of Police and demanded to start a probe in this matter. The group of legislators consisted, MLC Pravin Datke; MLV Nago Ganar; MLC Girish Vyas; MLC Anil Sole; MLA Vikas Kumbhare and MLA Mohan Mate.
