Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan took Congress on radar by stating that Congress leaders, who have rejected the existence of Lord Ram, are busy in ascertaining auspicious and inauspicious time in relation to Ram temple construction in Ayodhya.

“Oh Congressmen, by merely taking the name of Lord Ram, time becomes auspicious,” he quipped. Taking to his tweeter handle, he added that people of country knew very well that it is the same Congress party which once put question mark on existence of Lord Ram. It filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court to say that Lord Ram never took birth and it is mere a plain imagination. Senior Congress leader Manishankar Aiyer even raised question on the birth place of Lord Ram. Kapil Sibal insulted ‘Sanathan Astha’ by standing against Lord Ram (in court).

Kamal Nath dubbed Lord Ram as political stunt. Indirectly taking on Digvijay Singh, he said that Mr Bantadhar sees only politics in the name of Lord Ram. Rahul Baba even says that people go to temples to do eve-teasing. He asserted that it is the result of this mean thought that Congress is on the path of its entire destruction. “For Congress, Lord Ram could be a subject of politics but for us, Ram is matter of Bhakti and Astha,” he said.
